Giante De Italia Parsley
(petroselinum crispum) Our favourite parsley, the flavour is very sweet when young and holds up well into hotter conditions. This variety produces nice dense leafy heads with 6 inch stems at maturity. The leaf shape is very flat with serrated edges and bright green in colour. Very cold tolerant, survives under the snow with some mulch covering to -12 C. Use fresh, dried and as a condiment. Start indoors in early spring.
