This endangered spicy Mustard from Japan has a very similar taste to Wasabi. The difference, it is very easy to grow. Now rarely found there. Prefers the cooler times of the year. Ready for baby greens in 25 days or forms full soft green upright leafy rosettes in 45 days. Can use fresh or steamed like spinach. Chop and add to soup at the end of cooking. Sow starting in very early spring, mid-spring or late summer in flats or plug trays 1/4 inch deep. Transplant once 2 inches tall to a part sun location. Rarely offered, this is a smaller seed packet of about 25 seeds.
