Petroselinum crispum - Our favourite parsley, the flavour is very sweet when young and holds up well into hotter conditions. This variety produces nice dense leafy heads with 6 inch stems at maturity. The leaf shape is very flat with serrated edges and bright green in colour. Very cold tolerant, survives under the snow with some mulch covering to -12 C. Use fresh, dried and as a condiment. Start indoors in early spring.
