Harvested at the peak of blooming, the flowers and leaves are dried or used fresh for a very refreshing tea. This tea is also used to treat colds, has immune boosting properties and aids in the elimination of toxins. Small seed , plant indoors in early spring, no deeper than 1/8 of an inch.
