Aunt Nettie’s Giant Roma
Aunt Nettie’s Giant Roma - Endangered - This family heirloom was given to us by a local Salt Spring farmer and has been grown out and maintained by his family members and friends. Well named, these huge pendulous fruit easily reaches 6 inches long and 3 inches wide, with a slightly pointed bottom. The plants are semi determinate and reach about 5 to 6 feet long. The sparse foliage is called rugose, it is very narrow and pointed. And good producer so give strong support. The fresh flavour is simply excellent and rich, perfect for fresh eating and sauce. This is a smaller seed packet of 10 seeds.
